I’m not sure I can name any one decade since the 60’s as being better than any other. I’m just constantly amazed and overwhelmed by the output of bands over the latter half of last century – the variety, creativity and depth of ideas is just too vast. I can only hope to scratch the surface, no matter how anally retentive I become (believe me, I’m horribly anally retentive right now!). Too much music, not enough time!  |
