Yeah, Bond would be nice, as would Glyn Dillon (was that his name? the vaguely Bond-ish guy who did some of 'Shade'?) Or even ol' Cameron Stewart.

*Lovely* Glyn Dillon! I think he could actually be very good....there's a bit more flow to his frames than Bond. But Bond's NXM woudl just be so *pretty* - Maybe not perfect on some of the twisted biological stuff, but great on character.

Oh, what about Jiminez? I'm not the hugest fan myself, but he does do clean lines and looks pretty.

He'd be nice, too.

uh oh....

I just read "Green Lantern: Will World."

The artwork, by Seth Fisher, really reminds me of Quitely (only not quite so...wrinkley).

On the surface, he might seem like a good choice to replace and/or co-pencil with Quitely. Perhaps I'm just deluding myself...and the ultra-detailed pencil work is partially to blame for the missed deadlines.

Have we been spoiled by FQ? Are our standards now too high?

Doesn't really matter to me; as long as Morrison is writing, I'll continue reading.

I'd love to see Phillip Bond's Jean Grey...
Why don't Morrison and Quitely do like they did on that 'JLA: Earth 2' book; Morrison provides the script and Quitely goes off somewhere and works on it for a while and then Marvel publishes it as a graphic novel? Better that than seeing 3 different artist on the same story arc, and maybe if Quitely leaves the stinking book will come out w/ some amount of regularity.

Oh, what about Jiminez?

What about him? I don't really dislike his artwork but his panel layouts and choice of camera angles suck.

I nominate John Cassady because Planetary never comes out and I'm not real excited about a Marvel Knights version of Captain America.

Better yet, someone chain Barry Windson-Smiths ankle to a drafting table and keep him there until he finishes 12 issues of NXM.
