y'know, it's such a subjective thing, but I have a really hard time seeing where anyone who would claim that Milligan + Allred's X-Force (as great as it is..) is as good or better than Morrison + Quitely's New X-Men...maybe it's my bias which places the more serious comic ahead of the more frivolous one, or that I'd automatically prefer to read about the core characters in the franchise since that's more what I'm used to....
But hey, I loved Shade, but it always took a back seat to Doom Patrol in my world, so that's just the way it goes with Morrison and Milligan for me... |
