Ted McKeever’s Wonder Woman Elsewoelds is called the Blue Amazon. It’s due for release in September.

Elaine Lee wrote Ragman:Cry of the Dead #1-6, with artwork by Gabriel Morissette. This was the third Ragman third series, following Robert Kanigher, Joe Kubert and the Redondo Studio’s 1976 run and Keith Giffen, Robert Loren Fleming and Pat Broderick’s limited series from 1991.

After Daredevil, Ann Nocenti wrote Kid Eternity for DC and Typhoid Mary and Nightmare miniseries for Marvel. The work dried up after this, but she recently wrote a backup strip in Gotham Knights, and has a Catwoman prestige format two-parter out soon. She’s rumoured to be developing an Ultimate Daredevil series for Marvel.

"XOMBIE" was cool, it was like Morrison's "Doom Patrol" but more whimsical, less gung-ho, and it got cancelled way way too early. Likewise "Green Lantern: Mosaic".

I've always loved Ragman. Why no one has done a sincere and well-written Kabbalistic take on the character is completely beyond me.

I really liked Christopher Priest's "XERO" series. My first exposure to Priest's writing and I found it very entertaining and different.

The short lived "Kid Eternity" series that was apparantly liked by myself and three other people.

I also had a soft spot for the Jademan comics. "Blood Sword Dynasty" rocked my world and I still think that Ma Wing Shin is a brilliant artist. So much so, that I got kicked out of the Hong Kong offices of his comics company, but at least I got to see original art.

I'm reading the early stuff from First (E-Man, American Flagg, Badger, Nexus) and am loving it. It was amazing that a small company started so HUGE in the early 80's. I wonder where they got the money to launch with.
