I meant to stick that post up a couple of days ago and managed to make a bit of a hash of it when I finally did. Intended to add that the future that Noein shows Haruka is one that he's plucked out from the infinite number possible, but also the one that he thinks will be the most likely to make her despair. Shows that his own despair isn't complete, that underneath the cover story he's turned himself into nothing more than a manipulative bastard.
I'm sure he has a line of dialogue that contradicts that reading somewhere
Ah, this might be another result of the translation in the version I've got. Although I did take the last lines of dialogue between Haruka and Karasu - "When will I see you again?" "In fifteen years - I'm Yu" - to be final confirmation that he's her Yu. |
