I'm sad about this too. But what's really sad is that at this stage I'm more or less resigned to the fact that Barbelith has recently been, is now, and will keep losing people who have been here for years and (for me) made the board worth reading and being part of - and no matter how much people may want to believe otherwise, they're leaving at a rate that can't be attributed to the simple life-cycle of internet sites (many of them have outlived that, so why are they leaving now? - it's not coincidence).
It won't be the same without Ganesh, but in practice we've been without him for a while in that he's already been posting less than he once did, as have many people. And the band played on... |
