so, right on the money - a cats v magpies grand final next saturday. the cats have had an avarian [is that even a word?] feast this finals series, munching the hawks in the first week and ripping apart the eagles today, so their favourite roast magpie awaits standing between them and glory - and they are the only team to have beaten the 'pies this year, doing it twice, and have been in scintillating september [finals series time] form while collingwood have been stumbling through on grit alone, so my hopes are high... stay tuned, lurking lithers - i know you're out there...  |
