| i know it's pretty late in the game to propose such a thing, but the early votes have me thinking. if we have 17-ish votes for 17 different things, it seems that a clear winner might not result. might we stave off a week plurality with something in the way of each casting 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place votes, which are weighted (1/.5/.25 or 1, 2/3, and 1/3, just for instance)? my gut is telling me it just seems a bit more fair/representative, but my gut could be wrong. opinions? |
