Please wish me luck. I just went for an interview today with a staffing agency and I did very well. I will be interviewed by the client very soon, probably this week or early next week. It's for an administrative position in a printing company - which is perfect for me - and the pay is fabulous.

This job will mean a huge difference for myself but mostly for my family. So, please send me your good wishes Barbelith!

Thanks Everyone! So far the Recruitment Agent has not heard back from the client since yesterday. She said that she will let me know before the end of the day. Then she offered to place me in a temp position till September. I am confused a bit by this. I really hope that the Admin job at the printing company is not a rouse.

Oh, me too! I had an interview today too, archabyss! How cool! We both were doing the interview thing. I am wishing you mondo good luck!

As for myself, my interview went swimmingly. Even the bus driver was extraordinarily nice and stopped for me in between bus stops because he saw the look on my face when I realized I had missed the bus. He even wished me luck on my interview!

Anyway, I am hoping to make the short list. I won't know until the 3rd of March, however.

I think I was. When the publisher and creative director share a satisfied smile that you're not supposed to notice...that's a good sign, right?

So. I'm one of 11 people under consideration (from a resume pool of about 120). I have 24 hours to put together a STUNNING one-page article as a test. I have a former co-worker singing my praises to the magazine's honchos. And I have luck wishes to sustain and embolden me. Thanks everyone! Hopefully, I get a call-back for a second interview. It sounds like a challenging, exciting opportunity.
