This one is one of my favorite animation short films ever.
It's a portuguese film, made by Pedro Serrazina. The original name is "Estoria do Gato e da Lua", The english version is "Tale about the Cat and the Moon"
http://youtube.com/watch?v=G4lhlK8BSUA

the original one, in portuguese, is here

Zappa on Crossfire 1986

Here, Frank Zappa admirably succeeds in holding his own amidst three conservatives, with one John Lofton frothing at the mouth. It's interesting how Zappa warned of the U.S. becoming a "fascist theocracy" twenty years ago. When I listen to current day christian-conservative rhetoric espoused by a certain white house dweller, I fear Zappa was somewhat of a pre-cog.

I'm sure many have seen this already, it's not new at all; but I don't remember seeing it linked here (surprisingly) and it is pretty good, if you haven't seen it and enjoyed The Big Lebowski

'Tis a prairie dog, by all accounts. The new O RLY owl. I like, although will probably be sick of it by this time tomorrow. Remixes doing the rounds include this'n and this'n.

I'm a day and a half behind I see, but my SO and I just watched every available episode of their HBO show last night on demand - it's great. I think the songs are even better in the context of the show, but even so... the Hiphopopotamus speaks for itself.

I disagree, I thought their live act was better. Something about the way they interacted with the audience.

LMAO for sure, though.

Tape of Love was also great. The little cliche scream in context right after the "(love's) sticky stuff" as "unintentional" expression of disgust is perfect and I won't be able to hear a "YOooohuu!" again without laughing from now on.

"Part-time Model", "Bowie" and "Racist Dragon" are great as well.
