I think it's the chorus, really. The song just trots onwards normally enough, but then it hits, and it just sounds so stuck, so utterly lacking in... flux, I think.
Not only does the clash between his and her voice sound entirely wrong to me (and hell, I like Kelis, but she sounds like such a misplaced little robot in it...), but the lyrics and the way they actually intone them... The only word that comes to mind is stuck, really. The song just hits that point and dies, and then does it again, and then does it again, and then... Well, you get the picture - mine, at least, natch.
And will.i.am? That's always a big no-no.
