I suppose possibly because it'd get tiring for everyone to have a new Policy thread for every Conversation thread someone has an issue with; and it'd be easier if there was some precedent set through a specific thread and the way it was dealt with, which established a way of dealing with similar somehow-problematic threads in the future.
Other than that, I'm happy to agree with you. |
