Anyone got an idea of a good liquor or mixed drink to pour as a libation to Halloween in general?

Anisette or Bol's Pumpkin Smash, for a seasonal touch. Whiskey or Rum to be more traditional.

There are a bunch of spooky-themed drinks in last year's thread, too.

I'm probably going to leave one particular little pumpkin at the cemetary gates tonight, after the party.

I hope everyone's Halloween went well and was interesting.

Was a big heavy and very good Sahmain season for me.

Key element was major ancestor interest in the boys, especially my 14 month old. Had one all-night vigil with him, which was most unusual, and it was odd, as if he was playing with someone who wasn't there. Plus last night he absolutely insisted on sleeping with me and I just got the feeling ancestors wanted to give him love via me. My wife saw his face change from an old man to a 20 year old man and was somewhat disturbed -- she has little time for spooky stuff. The second I went in the room he totally calmed down after complaining loudly for an hour.

Good stuff. And today it isn't Sahmain, he's had his love, and things should be back to normal, but better, I hope.

Yesterday a plumber above me cut through a mains pipe, the water ran down into both my clothes cupboards, wether this was gek making sure i couldnt catch light from the candles id been burning all night or a ritualistic expression from my ancestors about my dress sense i cant be sure, i am going with heaven bursting open and raining down fertile waters of plenty upon me. Aside what ever it all was yesterday, so much calm today, which i am very greatful for.

"And the first award goes to the vampires for Most Blood Drained in a Single Evening..."

As predicted, Halloween was a quietly enjoyable affair, with no Proper Ritual Work. Partied with the family, Trick-or-Treated with my son.

Anyone have stories or pictures before we lay this year's thread to rest?
