FAVOURITE FOOD(s): Baked Camembert- you get one of those whole camembert in the circular wooden box, take the wrapper off obviously, push shards of garlic and bits of thyme or rosemary into the top of it and a splash of white wine, put the top bacl on and bake it between 150-200 degrees for ten to fifteen minutes. Then you get crusty bread (preferably my homemade delicious sundried tomato and olive ciabatta) rip it up and dip it in the cheese, tear and share style. Easiest fondue in the world, no washing up except a plate or two and maybe a fork to dig out the last bits, excellent vegetarian dinner party starter because it's fun to fight over the cheese with bits of bread. I recommend buying two camembert because it's always really popular and goes dead quick, and the look on your friends faces as you bring out ANOTHER delicious baked cheese is priceless.

What's the most recent lovely word thread? Dizeugma, hypozeugma etc. are all fantastic and difficult to explain as rhetorical devices-

The utility of the zeugmatic devices lies partly in their economy (for they save repetition of subjects or verbs or other words), and partly in the connections they create between thoughts. The more connections between ideas you can make in an essay, whether those connections are simple transitional devices or more elaborate rhetorical ones, the fewer your reader will have to guess at, and therefore the clearer your points will be.

I believe it has some kind of red writing on it, possibly written using the blood of an old typewriter. The handwriting on it is kind of sprawly and illegible. no haus, sorry. god played for geelong, an australian rules football club who have singularly failed to win a flag since i was a foetus. in the late eighties and through much of the nineties they had god play for them. it was tantalisingly not quite enough. he is regarded as one of the greats of the game.

now his sons gary jnr, and youngest nathan, play for the club - jesus and the holy ghost! (gablett snr is a lot touchy about the epithet god, so not good to mention it if you ever meet him...) one ablett was not quite enough. we hope two will be. both his sons are also very very promising... cross fingers.

I have to say though, I have occasionally enjoyed these questionaires when they were passed around through my friends via email. Turns out you can be pretty good buddies with people but not know their favorite food or personal hero, so that can be kind of interesting.
