Bumping this topic for a couple reasons.
First, kotaku.com has a rumor that a sequel to SotC is set for the PS3, and that it may include co-op play ("You stab his ass! I'll go for the nose!"). I'd post the link, but details are not all that extensive at this point.
Second, a bit of google-research has revealed that SotC is set in the same world as ICO and is, in fact, a prequel. How far back it is, I don't know, but apparently Wander (your character in SotC) is the progenitor of the horned kids in ICO.
