Jahwohl volks, the Kosmische Club has been lured into the slavering heart of the beast that is Shoreditch. Once a month, on the last Saturday thereof, we will ascend the staricase of the Old Blue Last to play as few hours of all the groovy discotek hits of Germany circa 1972 and outer space circa 4008. We're talking Can, Faust, Stereolab, NEU!, Four Tet, Silver Apples, Amon Duul (I and II!)Circle, Coil, Kraftwerk, the whole shebang, as heard on the radio (if you listen to Resonance FM that is).
How much will it cost to be enraptured by motorik moves, do you ask? Nothing, nada, zilch: Rien, in fact.
It all starts this Saturday the 27th August at 8pm, goes on until midnight, and we'd love to see you there. We even take requests, especially in cod German.
