well, thats maybe being harsh.
its the stuff that most sites use to make their sites look consistent these days.
like, y'know when you do a bold tag?
you can redefine what all your bold tags look like, and you can even define what they look like in various places.
its quite handy for site redesign, as it means only a few instances of change will affect the whole site.
tweaking can take about a tenth of the time, and if you have a few style sheets you can switch between styles by changing one line of code.
you can also use it to make table layouts without tables and some other neat stuff.
when i say you, i mean of course not i.
