As far as Malachy's text goes, this one is the last Pope. It doesn't state this as such though. No apocalyptic warnings. It just ends there.

He didn’t end his list with any pronunciation of doom, he just stopped… but why did he stop, was the psychic connection cut? Did he run out of paper? I think even though there no Doomsday message in the original list it’s important that it has an ending.
