Surely at this point everyone who is everyone knows that the US Office is brilliant, and as it's gone on has in some aspects surpassed the original? Barbelith got it wrong again.
This, for example:
It's more the fact that at least there was another dimension to the David Brent character, while Michael Scott seems entirely one note.
