Unnn...OK thanks for the Twilight Zone interlude you twats. Triplets, I simply meant that I didn't really buy the reason for the Danger Rooms sudden decision to be all bad. it was a bit cod. I don't want head-punching particularly.

Cassady's Colossus is largely rubbish too.

Clearly he cannot draw METALL!

It did bother me, yeah - three issues of super-creepy buildup, then a crap robot that looks like it could have been used to sell stereo systems in the 80s. With a more effective design, I'd have been shitting my pants for the next issue, now I'm just sort of excited for it.

I was hoping for one of those cool Shi'ar head mask things like their royalty have. That'd kind of make the DR look like that Shiva robot from the Weapon X program, though.

Enjoyed this issue although I'm finding this second story a little light to read. I must have whizzed though this one in about five minutes. Even going back doesn't reveal a lot more to read. I think it also felt a bit on the thin side because the events of this issue seemed to all hapen over a period of about ten minutes. Still, it's very readable, mostly great art, and as always some good dialogue.

Guyver, I was siphoning the urine.

Robot design: It's a bit crap isn't it. Not a patch on a dancing Honda Civic that's for sure. With all it's talk of being 'hostile enviroment' I would have preferred the Danger Roommate to be a bit more... alien and disomorphic. I know Joss likes human shape baddies but the Danger Robot is sposed to be totally different from us. Unless Joss is going for 'robots, humans, mutants all end up the same in the end'.

Fleshy and Metally
Can't we all live
In perfect harmon-nyyyyyyyyyyyyy?????
