Can he not be, please? People, do you not have any say in who runs your country?
In theory, more than you do, but in fact, no, not really. There's a lot more of us, you know. At any rate, if prior celebrity is going to remain a major factor in US politics, and it looks increasingly as though this is the case, he wouldn't be so bad. He's smart and well-educated, somewhat self-made (rather than a creature of influence), and reliably sympathizes with progessive agendas. Would you vote for him or for Arnie? |
