Goddammit... sorry, guys, there's been a pooter-based error.
Last week spooks and I had a chat and decided that we'd reached party saturation point, and that we'd better cut the invitations off from then, as the house was already going to be completely full as it was, and any more would run the risk of a) really pissing off our neighbours, and b) would end up far too messy. Plus we're going to be stretched putting people up even cutting it off there.
SO I posted here last Saturday (16th) advising that we'd have to leave it at that, and that anyone who hadn't already confirmed, in person, by PM or on this thread by 16th wouldn't be able to come - I also asked that no one ask any else to come. Felt quite harsh about it, but there you go, it's a question of space and practicalities.
Unfortunately for whatever reason, my poxy dial-up access chose this week to seriously act up, and the post, well, didn't post.
I think it's probably just Meme Buggerer and Gypsy Lantern from Barbelith that are affected - we've had to knock back a few more friends of friends over the last few days, too. Serious apologies, guys - hope to catch up with you soon. I'll PM this to both of you to make sure you get it... |
