Lovely day out... dunno whether we stopped any wars, but at least we tried.

Great catching up with people- very nice to meet gingerbop, squirmelia and Queen Mob.

My day was soured only by the bizarre occurrence of early afternoon- there's me, right, minding my own business, unfurling the Jolly Roger, when a copper comes up to me and says "Alright, (insert my real name here)?" Which was somewhat fucking unsettling, I can tell you. And which will no doubt bug me for the REST. OF. MY. FUCKING. LIFE.

Fuck, man, that was weird.

Other than that, a great day. A pretty good turnout, too, considering that we're arguing a cause that many would have given up as lost.

Lady- you NEED to post photos. You absolutely NEED to. Otherwise the terrorists have won (TM).

Damn, filial duty won out over achieving World Peace and meeting the deicious gingerbop today but it was a splendid mother and son bonding session (and mother and son's sex slave bonding session too for that matter) so all was not lost. There were tears! And Cherry Bomb kept me appraised of the Barbevents of note.

You guys done good!

Yes, good time had by all etc. Well all 25,000 of us according to the police estimates. About as accurate as they usually are ... You'd think with all the notes they were taking they might have actually been able to get a more realistic figure. Or maybe they were just playing socialist spotter?

Nice to see everyone and also to meet some new faces. I'm convinced that the real party began minutes after we headed home from deepest darkest Dulwich, but after hearing Flyboy's rendition of Prince tunes in the accent of the governor of California, I just had to escape with what was left of my sanity.
