Ah, no. I had been building up a bunch of washes in a fantastic transluscent luminous watercolour stylee. Then I was just going over it a few passes with the black ink and a fine brush - looking for a Neal Adams kind of line to finish the job. Then the spill.

So, now I’m going to break out the gouache and build a couple of layers of opacity on top. I know what I’m doing now, and where I’m going. It’ll look great.

God, yeah I loved Black Books. Best sitcom, like, ever. And I'd love to claim it for Blighty, but despite it being made for British TV, and being set in London, it's basically the creation of an Irish writer and an Irish star. Making it an, er, Irish comedy, in my humb op.

I should be going to yooniversity next year Bed, I did the art college thing. Coincidentally, I nearly got kicked out near the end. It annoyed the hell out of me! But I have a newfound passion for learning, and I figure this is the best way to do a whole bunch of stuff I would never do of my own volition. I'm quite looking foward to it (although not quite as much as when I first quit my job, as I've been working on my own ever since.)

I also salute your drawing while using a computer ability! And also your rescuing powers. Jeepers.
