Well he hasnt emailed me for 3 weeks. I had visions of finally getting online, in this hole of hell (and fucking hot it is too) and having a zillion emails from him. Alas, not one.

So I dunno- maybe i was wrong, and he is back in lisbon, laughing about how he made someone go insane over him. Oh well.

Now im just insane coz im so bored. Only my parents here (sharing a room with

), no tv, no radio, No gymnastics, no music, no friends, no fun, no nothing, but beaches and a whole load of hotness. Does someone want to visit me? If u see a cheap flight to skiathos, grab it.

And iv got in the 6th Element net cafe- and milla jovovich isnt even fucking here.

He emailed me to ask if i'd like to go to the olympics with him, to volunteer next year- YAY! im so excited- I was gonna go to watch, but that'd be even better! Im all shaky now. Less than a year to go... And today my brother asked me if i wanted to take a year out to travel with him, so if we do, perhaps stop off in lisbon... God this is funky.

But as for posting the pic of him here... fraid not. I look too much of a mongel in it!

It's a bit after the fact, but... as for long-distance relationships not working, I've been involved in one for almost three years. Proof that they can exist successfully. As a bonus, any little, pointless fights evaporate instantly (why waste the time you have together fighting?).

My experience with this was also that it was too difficult to be apart but it was also my experience that nothing anybody said could stop me from finding that out first hand.

It's got to beat the hell out of short-distance relationships where you can't possibly avoid seeing the object of your affection each and every day. Familiarity and over exposure leads to contempt.
