Sorry to bust that bubble, they did in the late 70s and they are doing it since halfway 90s, it’s the big clients who ask for these kids and if the agencies don’t follow up they loose these clients and with these big clients they loose the catalogues who bring in all the money. The place of a child in society is to make sure we don’t extinct and it’s the child that makes us humans grow. The laws clearly state that no profit can be made of the back of a minor, not by its parents and not by others, yet it’s the governments who have lowered the age as of when you can start to work and in some countries its legal for kids to work as of 14. Its almost pedo heaven.
