I just finished reading this. The art made me think of the part in Wizard of Oz when Dorothy wakes up, "You were there Dummy, and you John A Dreams, and you King Mob mixed with Quentin Quire".
When they actually killed her boyfriend it kinda shocked me, I was expecting an accident, or for them to come to their senses, or shock and horror, but they just laughed it off and kept going forward.
Also noticed the fictionsuit idea that was used in Invisibles and also Arkham Asylum, and that last page was really great and would be the perfect ending to a movie. |
