I've had very little experience in dealing with gangs. As a result most of the things I've ever heard about them are either second hand or from academic or media sources.
For anyone who may have more knowledge about gangs (and by this I mean street gangs rather organised crime) I have some questions.
Basically are gangs products of scociety? Irrideemable thugs? Surrogate families? Can they or do they ever have positive effects on their neighbourhoods?
I think that's pretty much it. |
