I rather like the idea of many technicolour jellybeans dancing in time. Or perhaps smarties - doesn't really matter what, just as long as the sweets contain many many e numbers and are exciting colours.

Do you ever get the thing where you're so worried about something (exam on Thursday) that you can't sleep? Even better, I really need to sleep because I'm singing and if I'm knackered I will sound awful. Or perhaps I will sound like the colour you would get if you melted a whole bunch of jelly beans. With some cheese.

I don't think I'd enjoy sweet pizza. I'm sure you could put jelly beans on top (maybe like pineapple?) but I'm not sure how well it would go down in a restaurant. Reminds me of the 'disgusting sandwich game' I used to play in the car with my dad. Pick two household ingredients (got to be real food you see) and try and make the most disgusting sandwich from them. It's great if you're bored and hungry.

Once when i was younger, inspired by 'georges marvelous medicine' i decided to make my self a sandwhich, the thinking being if i put all the things i liked onto one sandwhich that sandwhich is going to be the the best sandwich EVER, looking back i remember my dad going to stop me and my mom holding me back with that 'he`ll learn' look on her face. Needless to say everything when on this sandwhich jam, peanut butter, biscuit, choclate bar, salad cream, sandwhich spread, toothpaste, anything my sticky hands could reach.

To this day the bile still rises to my mouth whenever i think about it.

and i havnt attempted to cook anything more complicated than noodles since either.

Wow that was some sandwich. I think I would have coped with the first four ingredients only. You remind of my housemate for whom three different frozen things on a oven tray is a complicated meal. I think he has now progressed to a fry-up though.

Despite this talk of jelly beans I rarely eat them as they make me very manic indeed. I'm trying to think of a good disgusting sandwich - cheddar cheese and chocolate spread anyone?

Roth- im made up for you mate, if you do throw a moving in party, do it before you move the stuff in. shit give the guests brushes and they might even decorate for you. any road, death and moving are the two most stressful things a person can do, so i hope everything goes nice and smoooth.

Harmony- a strange combination that actully tastes nice, is lettuce a chip shop curry sauce with lots of real butter, but my eating habits are nearly as bad as my sleeping patterns

It's twenty-five to one in misty Tabland, and I'm beginning an essay. On what, young Paleface, you ask? Oh, go on then. This:

I'm doing the latter. It's all about Eisner, McCloud, Lessing-and-WJTMitchell... and chapter 4 of Watchmen. This is a desperation attempt, but it's well thought through. Necks live album? Check. Warm sweater? Check. Huge mug of tea? Check.

If only I could steel myself in such a manner. I'm currently listening to Jon Spencer wail on about werewolves and shit, instead. Though next will be a selection of Hermann Nitsch's harmonium works, which should stop my pulse fairly effectively.

Today is a good day, I think, which is odd, as I hate Valentine's Day. But there was a flower waiting on my desk when I came in this morning, so it made things ALL GOOD, and distracted from the fact that I have to move everything I own tomorrow, as well as go out for a round of whitegoods purchasing.

HOORAY! I was afraid to say how nice that picture looked, Rothkoid. I am so jinxy. In fact I will further hex the jinx by being extremely envious, that should confuse the gods...

Though I must say, I am quite comfortable myself on my... new... couch! It was just delivered yesterday, it is our first real furniture. Ten years I've lived with this man with only one futon to share between us. The new couch is L-shaped, so we get our own sections now. I know that sounds sad... except that it's not, it's fucking great!!

Speaking of the man, how much do I love him? We were walking to dinner & I thoroughly explained the whole ninja-pirate thing to him. Which he purported not to understand at all, and then he said:

"Why would anyone want to be a pirate?"

And kept walking with me even though I was jumping and shouting ninja all down the street.
