Me and a mate are trying to organize a seminar on the theme "Communication and War", encompassing a broad range of perspectives that tie these two concepts including Media relations to modern wars, Information Warfare, etc.
Regarding this last point, we were looking for any sites or authors that dealt with scenarios in Information Warfare. We're trying to build a credible simulation to our guests, trying to make them solve a war game. I found a good draft in a Wired article, some years old, but I wondered if anyone here knew where I could try and find more about this, some author, some Instituion or University.
