That's funny, mine's the opposite of Tommy's cure. What I do is, I sort of stretch my thoughts --racing thoughts is generally why I can't sleep, too-- into bizarre shapes, try to make them weirder and weirder. You know how you think weirdly when you're dreaming? So the idea is to consciously shape your thoughts into dream-thoughts, and then the next thing you know... you're dreaming! Which means you're sleeping, I actually have moments when I "realize" in my dream that I'm there. |
