OK the details as provided on ondy media are to gather at cleopatras needle at 12 to leave at 1pm and that it finishes with a rally at hyde park. If anyone can thinkk of a good place to meet im open to suggestion, otherwise how about meeting at the founders arms at the south end of blackfriars bridge at 12pm and just wander over when we're ready. Sorry about not being sooner with this but i aint had any connection to the internet since i posted.

Buggerit, due to extreme personal crapness I was unable to make it. I hope the less feckless Barbeli had a good time and didn't get wet.

The march was pretty good, ots of firefighters for the photos, lots of noise and support from passersby, very friendly atmosphere and a distinct lack of the police cameras that have become a regular feature of police supervised demos.

Shame if you couldn't make it. Also nice to hear some chants of the 'workers united shall never be defeated', and then a rally were i followed the lead of the majority of the firefighters and made my excuses and left.

Hope it does some good.
