We're doing Secret Santa in my house this year except it's not secret. You get my drift. Anyway I have £10 to spend on one of my housemates and not an inkling what to buy her. It's got to be slightly spectacular and she loves the colours yellow, orange and blue. Any suggestions? If you go into a shop and see anything please tell me.

BTW she doesn't read much and our music taste belongs to different planets. Her bedroom walls are covered in glow in the dark stars and she has a giant blue lightbulb lamp beside her bed. Her hot water bottle cover is Tigger.. help me!!!!!

I suggest novelty shot glasses. The Science Museum does a cool set with the symbols for 'corrosive' and such on them, for about a tenner.

harmony: that's just temptation. Give her a couple of hours and she'll be more hyper than a three-year old who's just been on a rollercoaster with a 2l bottle of Tizer.

And that's hyper. (assuming, of course, she doesn't have OCD, and spend the day picking out the blue ones (rare) and orange ones (tasty)).

Oh that's so true.

I do like the shot glass idea (thanks Cholister) though now apparently someone in my house saw a scarf that matched her hat that she bought last year and the scarf was discontinued. So whatever I buy on top of that will have to cost, erm, less then a tenner. I'm going on a mission to scout prices, presents and Bagpuss hot water bottle covers (for me) tomorrow.
