Happened upon this whilst googling for some exposition of the hexagram my palm pilot cast for me on the train tonight. Haven't even read the whole page. Not sure I'm awake enough to parse it. It does look awful ginchy, though.

My ineterpretation/placement of the I ching/ Kabbalah would be to exclude the Kether and Malkuth (unmanifest/manifest) and place the 8 houses on the remaining 8 sephiroth.

Maybe this should be cross-posted to the synchronicities thread, but Saturday I went to the Gogosian Gallery in Chelsea (Chelsea, New York City) to see some art that I remembered hearing had something to do with the Cabala.

Guy's name is Anselm Kiefer. (http://www.artcyclopedia.com/artists/kiefer_anselm.html)

And one of the paintings was a dodecahedron inscribes inside the tree of life.
