open to interpretation, but i think we should definately try to get some resolution on this sooner rather than later. the other day, i bought a plant that looks like ganesh, and moulded a ganesh statuette out of blu-tac. does anyone know when his biopic is sooming out?

Already an international institution, I think. On a work night out just the other week, a Hindu colleague let his shirt hang open to reveal a silver Ganesh pendant nestling in copious chest-hair. Nice.

Can I get the Michelangelo style statue? Anatomically (and proportianally) correct. In the name of Art, of course.

My credit card number is ....

I have a Ganesh statue bought in Goa that's been holding open the door to the living room for about a year. It did cross my mind that using Ganesh as a door-stop was possibly a little undignified for him, then I remembered that he's the god who removes obstacles and smoothes the way, so I think it's fair enough.

Well, I have a living, breathing Ganesh doll (currently floating around the living room in an attractive navy blue dressing gown, grumbling about hunger and listening to Björk, trunk swishing from side to side) and, in order to ease our cash flow situation: He's yours for the night for a negotiable fee! He doesn't do housework though.

So, what's the deal? We talking a sliding scale here?

I think I'd have to insist on some housework - for a premium, naturally. And I'll supply his work uniform. *Of course*

I'm seeing Freddie Mercury flashing fishnets and dust-buster in the video for I Want To Break Free. Or perhaps Brian May in his curlers...
