(originally posted in Policy & Help but throwing it out to everyone)

I've found some interesting threads regarding practical applications in the Magick forum that I then have problems finding 2 months later.

What would people think of the suggestion for a specific place on Barbelith - or elsewhere - where we can access a library of servitiors, sigils etc. along with details of their uses and instructions?

I'm not sure how feasible this would be to implement, but I'd welcome feedback.

Here's a couple associated with thee Temple ov Psychick Youth as examples:

http://www.lawbright.com/logdos/sigils.html

I would be all in favor of a Barbelith sigil gallery. Who'll set it up?

... from my limited experience, here's a list of Barbelith servitors.

Gek... milk and cookies!

Dabh Surgot... introductions.

I.M.P.... Ideaspace mining program.

Peace Mango... exactly what it says.

... anybody know of any more?

Thanks for pointing out the links Vladimir and mixmage.

I think this proves my point - some of those servitors I wasn't even aware of. Plus, when you go to the links, people are posting because they can't find the original details.

Mordant pointed out the Barbelith Magick Companion which seems like a fine place to store this stuff.

I think a magick library would be pretty useful. Just think, we could have special Barbelith library cards printed up. Also, you couldn't take out more than 3 sigils at a time and you'd pay a fine if they were overdue.....

Vladimir J. Baptiste, Jr: Thanks for plugging two of my sites above!

arcboi: I know this doesn't fulfill the original purpose of your post, that of starting a library here at Barbaleth... but to follow up on the links given above, we welcome you and all others here to submit your sigils, documentation or related essays for inclusion in Thee Sigil Garden. The more the merrier and participation by all is welcomed.

Regards-

Anathema
