So I'm burning a CD with the noisiest, loudest, nihilistic stuff that I know. SO that you know what I'm into, here's the list so far:

1-Harry Pussy - SHowroom Dummies
2-Sludgefeast - Hi-Fi Rejection
3-Nirvana - Negative Creep
4-Black Dice - Untitled
5-Nirvana - Scentless Apprentice
6-Old Time Relijun - Vampire Sushi
7-Sludgefast - Baby You Fuck Me Up
8-The Lowdown- Dance Punks
9-Nirvana - Tourette's
10-SOnic Youth - Hendrix Necro

So I know this list is not perfect and you have much more extreme stuff which I could listen to. If you wanna recommend anything...
If the vocals sound like a pig being butchered and the drums sound like train-wreck sounds amplified through 10.000 megaphones, I'm into it. Thanks you all.

P.S.: No metal, nu-metal recommendations, please.

No metal?!?

You're making a list of "the noisiest, loudest, nihilistic stuff", where "the vocals sound like a pig being butchered and the drums sound like train-wreck sounds amplified through 10.000 megaphones", but with .. no metal..

Well good bloody luck!

But for the record, the following things 'aren't metal';

Nic Endo - White Heat
anything by Merzbow
everything by Big Black
everything by Oxbow
everything by Penthouse
Whitehouse would seem to fit the bill, even though I've never actually heard them..
The Sightings - Made the Menu
Teenage Jesus & The Jerks - Orphans / The Closet
Onieda - Sheets of Easter

(Much as I like ..Trial of Dead, I don't think I'd exactly class 'Mistakes & Regrets' as a classic of nihilistic sonic extremity.. I mean, none of the group's tracks are exactly *hardcore*-hardcore, but you could at least go for something like 'Homage' or 'Blood Rites'..)

Pepsi Max
12:26 / 31.10.02
Anything off Land Speed Record by Husker Du.
I second the Rizla's comments on metal.
Anything by Slayer (Angel of Death and Reign in Blood are a good start).
Metallica - Sanantarium
Black Flag - Rise Above
Sepulchura are a safe bet too.

I'd probably go for Kerosene by Big Black.

And Violet by Hole. Possibly the most abject piece of rock ever recorded.

How about Butthole Surfers/Swans-type stuff too.

And on a dance tip, some gabba wouldn't go astray. Something like Human Resource - Dominator (one of my favourite records ever - imagine Steve Albini force-fed ecstacy to puke point then locked in a studio with Triumph of the Will on loop in the background)

If the doors have been opened for metal recommendations, then the spirits of Napalm Death, Extreme Noise Terror, Nile, GoreRotted, Hate Eternal etc. etc. are all hereby noisily evoked..

"Dominator"'s not scary... that's an acid classic. You want something like "Cunt Face" by Bloody Fist.

For the sound of diesel trains falling out of the sky and the Earth's crust erupting and iron demons flying burning rockets into boiling seas, you'll have to wait till my evil plan to destroy the world comes to fruition, but until then you could content yourself with any of the following, which manage to both pummel and shred at the same time, which is very important, I think:

World Domination Enterprises - Message for You People

features: ARSE-QUAKING bass, guitars like cats being pulled through rusty metal mangles.

Clint Ruin and Lydia Lunch - The Clinch (from the 'Don't Fear the Reaper' ep)

features: every sound ever made, all at the same time, most notably a lovely gospel choir. Smashing screams from Clint Ruin of Foetus fame, too.

Young Gods - Envoye (from 'The Young Gods')

Big Black - Passing Complexion (or anything else from the 'Atomizer' LP)

Public Enemy - Who Stole the Soul? (from 'Fear of a Black Planet')

Cows - Hitting the Wall (from either 'Peacetika', or 'Effete and Impudent Snobs', can't remember which)

features: cowboy playing a trumpet

More when I think of 'em.

I'm going to raise the spectre of the Aphex Twin and say: Ventolin.

Gabba, too.

Possibly 'Venetian Snares'.

anything from Painkiller's Guts of a Virgin or Buried Secrets

anything from Naked City's Grand Guignol or Tortue Garden

anything from Godflesh's Streetcleaner

Dude, you can't go wrong with "X.Y.U." and "Tales of a Scorched Earth" from my mega-platinum Mellon Collie And The Infinite Sadness double cd opus.

Keep on rockin'!

The Return Of Rothkoid

I support Rizla with merely one word: Oxbow.

Or I'll tell Eugene. And you don't want that.

Our Lady of The Two Towers
09:09 / 01.11.02
Anything off of 'Irony is a Dead Scene' by the Dillinger Escape Plan.

Use 'Yes' by the Manics if you need a moment of light relief on there...

I wholly support the mention of Bomb 20 .. that "Less That 20" record.. yow, it's like, the sound of drum n' bass going to war in a twenty foot high cast iron nuclear tank..

speaking of which, there's gotta be a place on here for some of Kid 606's more psychotic moments.. and the Alec Empire remix of Mogwai's 'Like Herod' .. that's quite good.

And I'm still calling for shitloads of grindcore speed metal, though I don't have many recs. yet as I've only just discovered how great it is..

Swans- Cop. Or possibly Time Is Money (Bastard).

Throbbing Gristle- any track off "2nd Annual Report".

Try the First Swans album, Filth. Sounds like godflesh with all the funny bits taken out.
Slug bait by throbbing gristle is always good for a chuckle, in a hiding behing the sofa sort of way.
Happy birthday by the birthday party. You can understand why.
And lastly Walking corpse by brutal truth, it's what happens when people think, "Well Napalm Death sound fantastic, but their a bit easy listening". Then go make the best grindcore song ever.
