In terms of more leftfield clubbing I would suggest:
Fabric. Never had a bad night there, but it can be a bit full-on. Massive club, generally friendly crowd. Tech-house on saturdays.
The 333. Old Street's favourite destination for the arty clubbers. Pretty big, got a nice bar, a chill-out space upstairs and a dingy basement for hardcore dancing. Dunno what is on this weekend if anything, but it could be anything from drum'n'bass to cheezy old electro.
Cargo. One of London's most underrated clubs in my opinion... It's got a bar area, a restaurant area serving tasty and cheap(ish) tapas/ "world street food", and a dancefloor with a stage at one end for live acts. Music is world/ jazz/ funk etc. This saturday is some strange latin jazz-drum'n'bass fusion thing... |
