To those in the South and the East Coast of the U.S.: My friends Stinking Lizaveta are on tour. Their calendar is
here. They're playing New Orleans, Knoxville, Charlotte, and Richmond in the next week, on their way home to Philly. They are a kick ass 3-piece (to coin a vague phrase) avant metal group, instrumental. Yanni is a guitar super-hero, Alex rocks out on an upright like I've never seen, and Cheshire absolutely fucking murders the drums. If you play drums, or like drums, you will think she is god. They are also wonderful people, and have a talking dog. |
