Ghost Writers (no not the TV show)

I was just wondering if anyone hear knows of any works that have been ghost written by famous creators and/or famous works that have been ghost written by someone other than the intended creator. I thought this might be an interesting topic as i just found out that Grant Morrison ghost-wrote The Authority #28. Thanks

I know that Chris Claremont helped out on the Neal Adams/Roy Thomas X-Men Sentinals story, as everyone involved said that he gave them the ending.

I have heard that Warren Ellis ghosted the "Fire From Heaven" stories credited to Alan Moore, which makes sense, as they didn't feel like stories by Alan Moore.
