As a lot of people have noted, most Government policy in the UK and US is being decided not only by people who have no war experience but who deliberately got out of fighting when it was their time to be called. If Bush was leading the charge in to Bagdad, if he were willing to risk dying for his ideals, rather than sending other peoples kids to do it, I'd actually have some respecte for the guy.
And that goes for Blair too. |
