In addition to being a haven for cat lovers, this place is a haven for fanfic junkies, so share the dirty love. Please include source material, a link ( [a href="url"-]title[/a] with pointy brackets instead of square, for those lacking in HTML-fu ), pairings if applicable, and highlights.

Oh, and since it's us, we should probably just make it filthy by default.

Both Sides Now .

Harry/Snape. Mild BDSM. Formatting doesn't work in Netscape.

Predatrix is one of my very favourite A/B writers, managing to combine emotional precision, consistent characterization, and real poignancy with what can only be described as pun-laden Bawdy Sex Comedy. She's recently moved over into Harry Potter fandom and while she is very much missed, her talents are certainly not wasted on Snape. I can also recommend "A Dirty Story" (follow links), which is more comedy, but not much less sex.

“I refuse to let your incompetence cheat me out of being fucked over a desk if I so wish, Potter,” Snape said in his most dangerous tone.

Body and Soul .

Nova is, by about a mile, the greatest Blake's 7 writer currently in the fandom. I kiss her feet. Avon/Blake, angst, HEX (Happy Ending Expediters).

The Pilot's Tail

Trust me on this one. Avon/Tarrant. Filth. Great stuff. The link is to a PDF document: you can also find the story by going to Oblaque and looking up Jane Mailander, The Pilot's Tail, under B7.

Technically I am not supposed to be linking directly to any of these pages, so I'll give a generic warning here: all stories are m/m and contain explicit sex and/or violence and/or S/M/BDSM. Please do not go & read them if you are going to get me or the authors into trouble by taking offence.

Oh, come on, you lot, or I'll just fill this thread up with Avon/Blake and Harry/Snape and then where will we all be? (Hmm... wonder if I can still find the surprisingly good Sandman/Blake's 7 crossover I read a few years back?)

Anyone got any links to Chrestomanci fic? Even < shudder > gen?

Barring the mighty "Charmed" (which made a lot more sense when I finally watched "Voice from the Past", rather than just reading the transcripts, although the idea that nobody even once considered saying, "Excuse us, great mate, but would you mind terribly if we just checked for a LAZERON PISTOL INSTEAD OF YOUR HAND? Won't take a mo...." remains to me more magical than ever Christopher Chance could be), the only Chrestomanci fanfic I have ever come across was a very bad Mary-Sue. Will see if I can find it...

A former friend and I used to participate in Mystery Usenet Theater 3000, which was a fanfic MSTing of other, horrible fanfics. In our time we did some bizarre noirish-wannabe thing, a twee story of elves and fairies, and a horrible STTNG fanfic called "All Hell Breaks Loose." We made sure to spice these up with "host segments" of Mike, Tom, Crow and Gypsy. We found that the worst invention exchanges were when we used actual items out of the Sharper Image catalog. I believe these are archived somewhere; go get 'em.

Ah ye gods! So many fics such little time

Oookay well if you like Xmen fanfic (Remy/Logan) is my particular flavour of choice then I heartily recommend Eoen and X-Tricks 'My Good Boy' and 'This Aint Love' story arcs. They start off from the same point then diverge. Heavy on the BDSM and surprisingly imaginative and well written.

Um Star Wars TPM has been my fandom of choice for a while so I can recommend many authors from there. Here's a few as a starter:

Wednesday's Grounded By Lightning

http://wildest-dreams.slashcity.net/

Of Stones & Padawans - a collaborative effort again

http://mediafans.org/rachael/index.html

Anne Carr's
Recognition series

http://www.trinityslash.com/emrin_annie/index.html

Emila's Cards On The Table or Stark Raving

http://www.jediphiles.com/~emila/index.htm

Kimberlite's Hot and Bothered altho anything by her is fabuloso

http://www.ravenswing.com/kimberlite/tpm.html

Anything by Mac and Anna. Mac in particular does wonderful AU versions of Obi Wan and Qui Gon. I looove her Sith versions The Challenge and Blood Music

http://home.iprimus.com.au/amacker/PMFic.htm

Hilary's Light Sabre Issues - Again all good. The Ring Master, Cinders & Padawans and Unquestionable are particular delights

http://jdemorae.slashcity.net/lightsaberissues/index.html

If you don't mind WIP's then Nimori's Gamblers Universe is also very good as are a lot of her one offs..some of which are collaborations from the M_a list

http://ca.geocities.com/nimorii/fanfic.html

Ok so now the heavyweights. Anything by this lot is worth reading:

Master Elayna - she is the Queen of the AU

http://www.shadowynd.com/~elaynas_den/index.html

The Wheel of If Series started by Mrs Hamill and added to by just about everyone. One of the legendary fanfics and well worth the time to read

http://www.squidge.org/~foxsden/kitchen/wheel.html

Bonds of Choice by HiperBunny - an epic

http://www.shadowynd.com/~chezbunny/TPM.html

Warriors Heart series - by Writestuff...my fave of faves Read this if you read nothing else.

Try here http://www.vidrio-negro.net/home/oldWI/index2.htm

Okay what else I dabble in a a lot of fandoms so would also highly recommend Tiriel's LA Confidential fic page

http://www.ravenswing.com/~tiriel/lac.html

Some of my fave authors write in many fandoms i.e HiperBunny writes Highlander fic as well which is well worth reading. Coyote writes in ALOT and all her stuff is great if you like 'odd'

http://ciceqi.slashcity.com/

Torch writes in MANY fandoms and she is probably one of the finest fanfic writers out there. She takes my breath away every time

http://www.strangeplaces.net/torch/

If you like your fanfics with a BDSM/leather/chain overtones then I would suggest look no further then The Boys/Girls in Chains archive which is multi fandom and has some spectacular stuff in it

http://www.ravenswing.com/bic/main.html

Oooh and while I'm not a big fan of Harry Potter fanfic I was recommended this Snape/Lupin fic which is quite beautifully written

http://www.geocities.com/ellen_fremedon/Skull.html

And I really think that's enough for now!

Vladimir, I was terribly afraid when I read your post, as I initially misread it - you'd done a STING fanfic.

There's a thought. Copeland no longer has "fuck" "off" "cunt" on his skins, but something else entirely...

Torch writes in MANY fandoms and she is probably one of the finest fanfic writers out there.

I've met her. She's very nice. < preen, preen > - she was guest of honour at this year's Red Rose after Minotaur pulled out, the sod.

Um... oh yes, have now read the greatest A/B story ever written and may give up writing & go home. It's Jane Baron's 'Witness', in one of the Oblaque zines - I've already linked to the site (same one as Jane Mailander: B7 attracts a lot of Janes, it would seem).

Ta for the Snape/Lupin link, Ma'at - ooh, I might even look at some of the Star Wars, which I've been avoiding till now for some reason I'm not too clear on.

Drunk and in no condition to drive discussion right now, but would like to point out that I spent this evening adumbrating the virtues of Executrix to all and sundry; hir compositional talents leave lesser lights envious and inspired. So, go seek Executrix. Hopefully will be able to provide links later when not quite so messy.

Mucking around on the Buffy side of the internet, mm - hmm, I found a site dedicated to Buffy/Spike and Willow/Tara fanfiction. Yes. It was awful. I don't remember the link but you should all go and read it anyway to experience the dapths of my personal Buffy pain.

Was it anything like The Adventures Of Buffy And Evil Vampire Willow?

(PS: To the person who gave me that link-- What's my silence worth, eh?)
