Upon ingestion of the rune I see it a portal, a doorway. An opening to uncharted territory.
What is on the other side?
I can see the visual connection of this rune with the double helix. A two dimensional rendering of DNA. The multi-dimensional sigil of the manifestation of life. The focal point of the apparent and subtle energies of the cosmos.
Lagu had brought an understanding of journeying and communication through the emotional spectrum. Inguz is the door, to Lagu being the key.
'Break on through to the other side'

I happen upon a friend who had left town, and we talk. Sara, informs me that much of the information I gave her from a previous ring reading has come to pass. She asks me to give her a new reading and I oblige. I receive knowledge regarding a friend of hers taht has been coping with cancer for a few years. I get the impression that they would not live past the 14th Sept. She is suprised at the timescale, as their health has been stable.
Several weeks later I get a phone call from Sara on the 13th Sept. She tells me her friend passed away that morning, after deteriorating rapidly. She was prepared for this, from the reading.
Death is a transportation to the other side.
Q: You have a number of plans, when the time comes...
TL: Well, they're in operation right now. You'll notice we're assembling all of
the paraphernelia and equipment that people have used over the years to study
out-of-body experiences, including dying. Over there you can see the isolation
tank, designed by my good friend John Lilly. I try to log an hour or so in that
every day, because it's like an out-of-body experience, it's like a death
experience. So silent..and you float... and you can also click something and
speak your words through... There's this area between when you leave your body
and your body things go and your brain goes, 12-15 minutes there. And we're
trying to colonize and explore this area.
Q: That's new terrain...
TL: Yeah, the human mind. [Announces triumphantly:] The brain is the new
terrain! Human beings have not understood that the brain is different and must
be explored just like the outer world or the outer galaxy...
