Could be someone's tag, esp. if it's in black marker. Graf writers often get down calling themselves "Kings" as well, draw crowns and shit above their tags. If you see it elsewhere I'd say this is definitely the case. BTW, we're getting lots of more art and stencil based graf bombing in London in the wake of artists like Banksy and books like Scrawl (graf influenced design book)which is nice to have niceing up the walls of the capital.
