Oh - no idea then. But I've seen some pretty enormous posts, so I can't imagine the length is an issue.

I broke the post up in two. (and trimmed it down a shitload) I think the problem has to do with the computer I'm on. It doesn't want to send more than a tiny bit of data at a time.
