heh- yeah, I'm sure Bill Hicks would have had a field day along those lines.
A Scottish comedian was doing a thing recently about how this was just like a 'Jim'll Fix It' stunt (apologies to non-UK lithers- 80s tv show from our own fair isle, in which kids have various dreams fulfilled). It kind of fits given how baby-faced and innocent the young guy seemed.
"I'm just going to read this letter: 'Jim, could you fix it for me to recreate the events of September 11?' ...now then... we caan't quite manage a jumbo jet..but how's ab-out... |
