This is the second evidence I've seen in as many days that suggests Bill Cosby used to be really, really fucking cool.

You've got to listen to his version of 'Satisfaction' .. it's amazing!! Almost as good as his outfit..

I think I've now listened to just about everything on that site, and can heartily recommend;

Poe Through The Glass Prism! - they've missed the point in such a glorious way! (and one of best album covers ever, bar the Cosby one).

And check out 'Real Parakeet' on the Parakeet Training Record .. it's frightening..

This hammy old English actor re-interpretting Dylan songs is fucking brilliant..

And Tony Bennet's Eleanor Rigby is incomparable .. he sounds like he's reading the words directly off the lyrics sheet, thinking "who wrote this goddamn crap?"

My favourite one though - ORGAN FREAKOUT! - a happening with THE MUSTANG!

This site is a gift from god..

Actually, a gift from *me*.

And that other fella who built the side, wrote the text, inserted the pictures, converted the audio files and pays for the hosting...

You know, I was so amused at the covers that I didn't bother at first listening to this stuff, but I just listened to "Eleanor Rigby" and I think I lost 30% of my communicating skills, and I can't feel my teeth anymore.

Sadly, I can't get the extracts from "Ali vs. Mr. Tooth Decay" to play, but it looks awesome..

Ali's always getting blamed / For things he didn't do

Thank you, Jade. Hearing Sinatra's awakening to the dangers of Ice Cream inspires me to take up the fight for myself.

The Ballad of Evel Knievel is awesome. The chorus:

He can move the mountain / Leap across the winding river / Once he's made his mind up there's nothing he won't try / There's something deep inside him / Lusting for the thrills that drive him / Yet he knows someday he's gonna have to face that canyon in the sky.

And more! A disco take on Jingle Bells (fact: best ever version of Jingle Bells is the J-Pop take on the Sega Saturn game Christmas NiGHTS).

I'm with Riz. Best. Site. Ever.
