My mate got hit with this the other week and he isn't even on the web.

He makes a tee shirt with an image that is 'confusingly similar' to a well known brand of champagne.

He has been told to destroy his stock and hand over his profits or face the consequencies.

A guy I peripherally know through friends in Boston is being sued by Kraft. He's a small-time graphic artist that has for years worked under the somewhat unwise moniker King VelVeeda. But rather than a cease-and-desist, he's been hit with pretty unrealistic terms by Kraft, as they find his work "unwholesome". ahem. This from a Philip Morris Company.
