They're pretty much everywhere central now, and there are about ten very cheap ones within five minutes' walk from me. The trick is to find a place where lots of foreigners or immigrants live, I think, or somewhere near students (foreign students ideal). Most of the "cheap international phone call" shops now do net access too.
Decent coffee, though, you're pushing it. EasyEverything, who are everywhere, only sell Nescafe. You can get a free-time account with them though. |
