By the way, as to the "How", I would say simply get a good detailed picture of the animal/insect/plant, it must be THE animal/insect/plant you do love and are fascinated by with heart and soul, memorise its details, those deatils you usually overlook, as if you were planning to draw it in pencil (drawing it actually provides great detailed insights for visualising), you'll know you hit the jackpot when you say to yourself "Hey, I never noticed before the shape of this whiskers!", and then, during the course of this visual tour, each night while you fall in sweet dreams, visualize it staring at you, or in front of you, immobile, as if it were trying to communicate, or just looking at you in meaningful resonance (if this is THE animal/insect/plant, then there should be no problem with this, you'll like it). If it has a nose, focus in it in full detail, and imagine you are matching your breathing rates. Don't worry if you fall asleep, you're supposed to. |
